VACANT-UNIT MAKE-READY CLEANING

From Vacant to Welcome Home

Open the door and the unit feels finished: cabinet shelves are clean, fixtures catch the light, closets are free of dust, floors are complete to the edges and the rooms are ready for the manager’s inspection—and the next resident’s keys.

A unit the property manager can inspect with confidence and the next resident can enter without seeing the work that came before.

The Final Walk Before Move-In

Painting is complete. Maintenance has cleared the work order. The unit is technically vacant—but it is not yet ready to welcome anyone. Fine dust sits inside cabinets, adhesive remains on a shelf, the bathroom mirror is marked and footprints cross the newly finished floor.

Boss Pro moves through the unit in a defined sequence: kitchen, bathrooms, closets, doors and trim, living areas, bedrooms and floors. Approved appliance surfaces are detailed. Cabinet interiors are checked. Mirrors and fixtures are polished. The final floor pass happens after the higher surfaces are complete.

At the end, the unit should not merely be ‘cleaned.’ It should present as a home: bright, orderly, touch-ready and free from the visible residue of the previous occupancy and make-ready process.
